What is the duration of the contract?
JuriBlox uses a standard contract term of 12 months. A discount is applied for multi-year contracts.
The Free and Basic packages have a document limit, how does this work?
The document limit applies to the total number of documents in your environment. Therefore, this number is not tied to a period of time.
Do you also provide implementation?
If implementation is required, for example in the area of building templates or total applications, we can support or take over the entire process. In that case you will receive a clear quotation tailored to your needs.
Is it possible to pay in another currency?
This is certainly possible. For example, you can indicate to us that you want to pay in dollars. We will make sure that this currency is processed on the invoice.
Our organization works with purchasing terms and conditions. Do you accept them?
We apply our own general terms and conditions. If you have purchasing terms and conditions, we review them for acceptance in the case of the “Extended” and “Enterprise” packages. We usually create an appendix describing which provisions are not accepted and which additions to the terms are required. The same applies to your model processing agreement.
What does the intake look like?
You can do this in two ways. You can request a demo account and try JuriBlox yourself. It is also possible to make an appointment. Due to COVID19, all appointments are via video call. When we are rid of COVID19 we will be happy to make another appointment on location or you are welcome at our office. During the intake, we will ask about your needs and you will receive a set up demo account afterwards.
